Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio inserir o ano-per\u00edodo de refer\u00eancia a ser registrado o cancelamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A observa\u00e7\u00e3o a ser inserida \u00e9 opcional mas caso seja inserida ir\u00e1 aparecer no hist\u00f3rico do aluno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caso desejar, tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 ser anexado o comprovante da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de cancelamento (opcional). Ap\u00f3s inserir as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, clique em \u201cPr\u00f3ximo Passo\u201d:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
